No it doesn't. I think you get the calendar free with Hotmail now, maybe you should think about using that?

i recently switched to thunderbird and im liking it so far. plus aim doesnt open everytime i open thunderbird, unlike outlook oOo:

I use it at work. We have the whole exchange server dealy, so it's cool to keep track of appointments, meetings, and other inane work-related shit.

aim my aim- edit options -- edit preferences --sign on/off -- uncheck make aim my default messenger client
