Zen Micro
 

Today i recieved my zen micro in the mail. And my first rreaction when i opened the box and pulled the player out was "omfg this thing is tiny" (compared to my zen xtra and most other players out there with thise storage capacity)

Its awesome, the color blue is really nice, the pictures dont do jusitce, the sound quality is excellent. Definatly a great buy for anyone intrested.....Discuss.

And ipods suck, because if the battery finally takes a shit than thats it for the player. With this you can have like 2 batterys and roate them out if they die. Plus 5 GB compared to the Ipod minis 4. hake:

You're talking to a dude with a 6GB Nomad Jukebox. That thing's a beast, but I still use it all the time.

hehe mine was 30 GBs.

And the point of the voice recorder is if your in a lecture you can just hit the record feature and fall assleep to the sweet numbing sound of the professors voice. Plus have yoru music at school so if a teacher asks you why you have it say its a voice recorder. rock:

128 mb creative muvo for me...dont need Gigs of music on the go...I usually just listen to sports talk am radio in the car

I had a 256...but that was way to small, because at infantry school i didnt have access to a computer to upload new music, so i think a few gigs is good enough.

ive owned my ipod for 2 years now and its as good as ever.

show me some facts here, because you see, i own an ipod, you dont. so i would know if the battery 'dies' and this hasnt nore will it any time soon.

iPod has the best sound quality.

Those bulky POS called Creative Zens have horrible (relatively...) sound quality compared to iPods and iRivers.



Even if your battery does die, Apple will replace it for $50 or something.






Plus, Creative sucks. They suck at software and their customer service is horrible.

Uh...no actually from every review i've read the Creative Zens (xtra and micro) has better sound than any iPod.
Plus i say that from experience because any rock or heavy metal, anything about half volume on an ipod sounds kind of staticy. The Creatives use EAX and sound awesome and crisp, even up full blast.

And the price was $230.00 American of course.

Creative are masters with digital audio.

I own an iPod 20gb G4 and a Creative Zen Xtra 40GB. All I listen to is metal.

The iPod sounds better.

Yet they can't manage to make a decent driver... annoy:

What headphones do you both use? I mean, my discman sounds like shit when I use the stock earbuds, but when I upgraded to something better, it owned.

Stock iPod ear buds, Sennheiser HD500, Logitech Z-5300 5.1 surround.

IPOD>Dell>Creative, I had a creative and now have an ipod and the ipod owns the fackawitz outta it IMO.

ATI has excellent drivers.

6800 > X800

dude im an nVidia guy, but the x800 XT PE is better than the 6800 Ultra...but the 6800GT rapes the x800 Pro :P
