Right now I am connected at 2.4kbps! It takes forever for everything to load. This is painfull. I think something is screwed up. I have dial up, but this is crazy. Somebody email me high speed.

Live in a town of 600 people. I can get satillite net, or wirless, but the set up costs are insane. Most of the towns around me have high speed internet. Kind of sad, but oh well I still have my CB. oOo:

i'm sure there are probably a lot of towns all over north america without high speed. seems weird though. i've had high speed for 8 years now.

my area was eligble for high speed relatively late compared to others in my general area. I probably had mine for about 4 years.

eek: Im running on my college's multiple t1 lines. Needless to say the otehr day I was running at around 3kpbs. yes three. my girlfriend at UMASS could download a 4mb program in seconds it took me abotu 20 minutes.
