I'm probably gonna get hated on for this, but Celine Dion. Yeah, I don't care much for her music, but she's got a nice set of pipes. When she was still singing in French, she was hot. Cristina Scabbia, Jennifer Charles, Tarja Turunen and Grace Slick get honourable mention for their vocals. Not many good male vocalists though, but Frank Sinatra, Freddy Mercury, and Robert Plant are good.

oOo: oOo: oOo: actually i don't really have a favourite singer...

Sinead O'Conner,
The Fat Dude in Barenaked Ladies,
Otis Redding,
Khaela Maricich,
Nina Simone,
Paul Simon,
Lou Barlow...

i could list more, thats actually a tough question...

Nothing beats PRINCE's BATMAN soundtrack. . .hasnt been topped since. . .

Eddie Vedder is a good singer. . .
Thom Yorke has got some range (although nowadays you dont know if its the vocals or the synth-machine)
Celine Dion does indeed have a good set on her -
Mary J Blige
Michael Jackson - still has it (even if its not upstairs in his brain)
Joss Stone is suprisingly good. . .
Tina Marie. . .

Sure there are more
