Obviously you've never been over here, when i was younger my brother and myself always had something green on, or a shamrock pinned on somewhere. Plenty of people embrace it, it is the patron saint of ireland after all.

Story time...

my dad drives this Irish guy to work every day. well my dad wakes up about half hour late, and starts to drive to work (forgetting to pick this guy up). Well it's a good 30-45 min drive before he hears on the radio the DJ talking about St. Patricks Day. Well it clicks in his head that "OH FUCK i forgot to pick him up". SO he pulls a U-turn and jets back to brampton, and when he pulled up to the driveway, the guy was finishing off a Guinness, and had another one in his hand for the trip to work. (ITS 6:30 IN THE MORNING). He was already on his 3rd guiness when my dad got there.

St Paddys was yesterday for me - I went out and got shitfaced downtown with mates, went to about 4 different Irish bars... by 5am I was stumbling the fuck around.

Well it was a wild St Paddys here!!
A: cos my real name is paddy and have irish blood
B: cos i finished work and went and got drunk in many places
including an american/irish bar over here in liverpool.
C:There were ppl dressed up as leprechauns (i hope were dressed up)
and plenty of fine irish chicks over from the emerald isle.

random facts: there is the same amount of vit C in 48 guiness as there is in on glass of oj.

Had a grand ole time at the pub last night drinking Guinness and listening to these two potzers butcher traditional irish music.
