Alright, my friend and i are arguing about the release dates of both mohaa and cod... what were the exact release dates? I looked on a few sites but they look very wrong (Jan 2002: Mohaa) for example. Just answer my question, and when the right answer comes, go ahead and lock this thread. I am posting this in offtopic, because it will obviously get a faster reply.

I think january sound sreasonable. I think it was march when I got hooked...man I can still remember the first server I played on all day.

Jan 2002 for MOH is correct. I remember it very well actually.

yeah it was the holiday season (Dec 12-Jan 6) for MOHAA.
COD was released November 2003.

I think COD came out on halloween actually, Oct 31st of 2003, no way it was 04 .

MOH came out Jan 2002. COD came out between Nov 10 and Nov 30..cant remember what day. I know this for a fact because i have it set on an old calender for cod lol. mohaa i remember the first day i played it in compusa in jan. next day went and bought it after school

Moh MP demo came out November of 2001, I can remember playing that like crazy, and then the full game was released that following January, in 2002....

MOHAA: January 20th, 02
COD: Octorber 29th, 03

got those off of gamespot.com, so they should be pretty accurate...

i specifically remember going to ebgames in november to buy call of duty the day it was released. how could it have been released in october?

MP demo was probably out by then. I used to play that damn stalingrad map for hours at a time, then that other map came out and it was orgasm all over again happy:

the day COD was released was the day WWII games started to seem like it was a cash grab on a popular genre. Putting out shit people will buy anyways.

Multiplayer demo of mohaa wasn't released on or around 9/11.

Cod is better than most bullshit games out there.
