i love priest (have since the late 70s) so don't get me wrong but the one song i heard off the new album sucks and i even have the turbo album. thought they were going to go back to the basics, didn't realize that rob ment going back to a combination of two and defenders of the faith. from the song i heard (can't remember the name) it sounds like they should have gone back to stained class or rocka rolla. to freakin' 80s over produced.


but rob still kicks metal ass though. saw them here in san anphonio last year when they did ozzfest; well worth all the other crap i missed on purpose, i'm sure.

I thought the new album kicked a lot of ass. It reminded me a lot of Painkiller.

there in lies the problems, painkiller was the last priest album i bought.

im going to sounds of the underground on june 4th mostly to see Gwar and Opeth, but there are some other good bands there, but mostly hardcore shit.

Awesome mang ... i just went to see Green Day tonight since i've been listening to them since third grade. AbsoFUCKINGlutely dissapointing, played like 3 old song and the rest was all the pop favorites. Billy Joe new he sold out when he started playing a song no one knew but the old schoolers and then stopped 10 seconds into it when no one knew what was going on.

that sucks ass, i saw them like 3 years ago and all they played was old stuff and it ruled.

Yeah i saw them when warning came out and it was amazing, sucked this year. Plus, My Chemical Cockbag opened up and blew nards.

i had the displeasure of seeing my chemical romance as well.

Toto - Africa owns though.

I hope Priest comes close to Ottawa (god forbid they actually play here...). I'd go to Montreal to see 'em for sure!
