so uh, has anyone "lost" their id's before and given the "lost" ones to a minor, and gone back to the secretary of states office to get a new one?

Breaking the law is cool. Don't tell me it's a silly law, because with our culture it works out for the better. You can't compare us with some other country like France or Denmark.

Cops don't want to deal with the insane tracking because half the kids who get their ID taken lie.

They have an age limit for a reason. Just be patient and wait. Underage drinkers/clubbers are just pathetic, you could spot them from a mile away "OMG IM SO DRUNENJK OMG IM SO COOL."

I like how germany does it: Its legal to drink before driving. If you think about it, you can figure out your alcohol tolerance and shizz before you get the keys to the car, whereas in america you can drive first, you go out and get pissed on ur 21st birthday, and you die in a car accident.

Reminds of this stupid fuckhead at school, some friends of mine are talking about getting drunk and smoking, then this girl sitting near us, then out of nowhere she says, "I need a beer". So then everyone is like "WTF?! You don't drink." Then a couple minutes later she is asking my friend for cigarettes during school ... and so my friend tells her, you shouldn't be smoking because of your asthma, not only that, but she doesn't smoke because she "wants to".
