New Jerseys for '05 CFL Season
http://www.cfl.ca/05jerseys.pdf
Thoughts? I think i'm probably going to pick up a Home Stamps jerey sometime. Just have to decide whose name I want on it. |
Get yer own name on it.
Those look alright. |
I got my name on one of my Flames jerseys. It was kind of gay.
Probably go with Copeland. I have seasons tickets with 6 friends. Should be a blast this year. |
I have 3 authentic NHL sweaters, all with my own last name on 'em.
Me = gay loney: I think it's MORE gay to have a player's name put on there and then he gets traded. I chuckle when I'm at Corel Centre and see YASHIN or DAIGLE sweaters...heh heh. |
lol.
I just look at it as i'm not on the team so it just seems a bit odd to me. i have a flames #16 Donovan jersey a couple really old Fleury jerseys my double zero flames "Trudel" jersey and a stamps #18 alan pitts jersey. as well as a blank team canad jersey and blank calgary hitmen jersey and a NY rangers jersey i picked up at a garage same for $10. PS, don't tell your wife your gay. cool: Actually, i think i'd laugh if I saw someone with a yashin jersey on as well. |
everytime I buy a sweater the guy gets traded, I think Im the kiss of death to players if I purchase thier number. The next one I get will be Gordie Howe
|
I don't wear player numbers or names on the back of my jerseys. It shows that I'm supporting the team and not just some player
|
I have a
Chris Webber Rookie Year Golden St Warriors Jersey - Traded at the end of the Year to Washington Tim Couch Rookie Year Cleveland Browns Jersey - No longer with team Kobe Bryant Rookie Year Jersey - Rapist/ballhog A blank Detroit Tigers Jersey - Yay Jason Kendell Pittsburgh Pirates Jersey(wifes from p-burg) - Traded now plays for Oakland Joey Harrington Rookie Jersey - Get your ass in gear Nick Lidstrom Jersey - yay we have a WINAR! |

What's the point? We all know the underdogs of the league the Argos will go allt he way and prove everybody wrong like they did last year.
Argos rock: Oh ya...it was nice seeing the Rocks make it to the NLL champiuonship and watching the calgary team choke. |
Argos aren't underdogs. They won the cup last year. oOo:

Is Calgary still a bottomfeeder? |
Your defending champions. Doens't that automatically make you a favourite again? Your certainly not an underdog.

Hah
Yeah, the CFL website has some fetish with PDF files. I'm not sure why, but they put everything in PDF format. enjoy your NFL Lite. If your hope and joy was that a 42 year old career backup would come back to the CFL.... |
|
CFL and NFL are two totally different games. The game suits different players. I would much rather watch CFL than NFL.
Doug Flutie is a legend in Canadian Football. To have him come back would have been great for the entire league. It would have been nice to see him here again. QB's in the cfl are generally quicker and smaller than those in the NFL. CFL has more passing. It's tough to have a QB that is suited for both CFL and NFL because they are very different as I said before. |

the Lions could prob beat any CFL team and Im far from a Lions fan |

Quit raggin' on the CFL. It's a great league and I don't even like football much.

sorry, it was just a responce to Pyros anti-lion post |
Even with imo the best running back to ever play the game...you guys still sucked.
Im am really pissed off Barry was stuck on that piece of shit team for his career. He could of done so much more away from that crap. |

you have opened my eyes to the truth!!!!! He should have played in the CFL, that way his talents could have really been used. To be truthful I think Barry Sanders is a peice of crap, he purposlly screwed over his team by quiting just before training camp started. It was too late to replace him. He is a me me me player |

The only thing they did well was obtain him int he first place. |
