Alright, how many of you ******* have...
... anxiety ? Or how about this: are you aware of your heartbeat on a regular basis ? Apparently (according to the docs anyway), everything about me is fine and yet I can't ignore my damn heartbeat: it's always present, unless I'm doing something, in which case I'm not mindful of it. Just wanted to know how many of you have similar experiences and how you deal with it.
mwah: |
Ive anxiety, can't say ive really noticed my heartbeat or am concious of it much besides if im hyperventilating. Different people get different things from it, i just usually sweat like a whore. mad:
|
Nope sorry. I think i'm super-human.
|
I find sometimes when i sleep on my left side i can hear my heartbeat so clear and it makes it hard to sleep.. But that hasnt happened for a while now.
|
I dont notice my heart beat. Some times I catch myself between breaths and I get scared that im not breathing and I control my breathing until I get light headed oOo:
Oh and I constantly need balance. For instance if I scratch one finger usually I have to scratch all of them so they feel equal. |

I find whenever one shoe is tighter than the other it drives me mad, they have to be exactly the same or else i go crazy. |

Sounds like a touch of OCD. I do similar things, some shit on my desk i sorta line it up so its even to the edge sometimes. oOo: |

yup I do that too. Man im special... stupid: |
Yeah, sleeping on my left side is (at least, for the moment) impossible. Apparently, lotsa people I know get this heartbeat feeling so I assume it's nothing to worry about... but it's still fucking unnerving.
|
I get cocaine like bursts of energy when i'm anxious.
|
I have to take a wicked shit , maybe two when the nerves kick in for me...I have mild IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
|
i dont have anything wrong with me, im perfect.
|
used to find it wierd when i went to bed that i could feel my heart beat so much but that was just me being over the top.

I'm sorry, and I truly dont mean to offend anyone here...but DAMMIT EVERYONE IN THIS DAMN WORLD HAS SOME GODDAMN PROBLEM!!!!! lol. JESUS! It seems that no matter where I turn, there is someone saying..."Oh lord I have _______!" Its fucking insane! I am sorry there are just too many damn things out there for people to classify themselves as having...OCD, Dyslexic, etc....man CHILL!! lol. I dunno maybe its just me, but it seems like everyone has SOME sort of problem...not me I am chillen. ;) Want a prime example? You fuckin' wanker, just wait until you get some kind of condition. You're just too young and dumb to know if you have anything. *sends you a packet of AIDS in the mail* |
Take a college level psych class then talk kthx
PS: Make love to meeeeeeee |
I'm aware of my heartbeat, my joints, and really my whole body on different occasions. It's human nature to worry " Why does this knee hurt more than the other one?" and stuff like that. But really, the body is pretty utilitarian.
I get alittle anxious the first day of a new job, first day of school, meeting new people, pessimistic thinking about ones future, etc. Who doesn't? |
heart beat awareness sounds like you do drugs/roids.

I may not be a doctor, but I'm fairly sure that you're mildly retarded |

rofl wtf for?! Everyone bitches about their problems...my god..."Oh I sweat too much, oh I can sense my heartbeat...OH MY LORD I AM GONNA DIE!!!!!!" I mean SHIT people, its life...fucking live it...let it be. What would be the point in me taking a College Level Psych Test? Seriously? Not a damn thing. Just find out MORE ways that people can classify themself's as. Fuck that. |
It will make you less ignorant to what these psychological problems are. People don't choose to be the way they are, there are physical ailments that make people act theses ways. People with schizophrenia are crazy or choose to be, its because they have high levels of dopamine in their brain. Or many people that have depression aren't just sad or emo, they have low levels of serotonin.
me ---> wallbash: <--- you |

So what? Big deal? I really dont care, I am simply stating that it gets annoying of people bitching about their problems 24/fucking 7. It gets old...really does. I did not ask for any technical explanations of WHY people have the problems they do...I am simply stating that everyone bitches about such problems all the time. I mean FUCK, pretty soon they gonna drive me crazy make MY dopamine levels and serotonin levels go outta WACK from all their bitching oOo: ....point I am trying to get across here is NOT that they CHOOSE to be something...I am fairly certain that they cant help it....the point I am stressing is that people cause and blame their actions and reactions on their "Medical Problems" Take a guy that beats his wife...take a guy that fucking raped a kid and then killed it...take ANY NUMBER of those kinds of people and look how they plead in court...INSANE...to me, thats a mental and medical condition caused by a VARIETY of fucking chemical disorders in their head. So DONT tell me that I cannot say that I am tired of hearing FUCKING EXCUSES of people for why they do things they do. There ARE ways to fix your problems...and there ARE ways of simply not TALKING ABOUT THEM! Go to your fucking doctor if you seem to have some sort of problem. And I dont get why you guys are so quick to jump be on what I say because they differ from yours, rather then sit and talk trash...have a DECENT conversation like KTOG did...he went in and at LEAST took the time to make a legitimate point, unlike the REST of you guys who just go "I may not be a doctor, but I'm fairly sure that you're mildly retarded", maybe you do have a condition too I dunno annoy: |
Well, if you had thought about it for a second, maybe people tell us about their problems, fears, anxieties, etc so that they can find some sort of solace or comfort in knowing that other people may have the same afflictions.
Misery loves company and all that jazz, ya know. |
Why do you think Misc hangs out in IRC happy:

Good point, however if thats the case...why are people not offering those kinds of comfort? All I see here in this thread is people talking about the different kinds of problems they have...I have not see one single person here offer some sort of condolences towards one another. If you wanted a support group that fine, I totally am for it...I mean its hard to get along without help....but you guys are still missing my point in these posts, and that they are I am tired of people giving "medical" excuses for why they do or have done certain things. In some cases they may be true...but now a days all people do is use that SAME excuse for why they killed a 3 year old boy after they raped him...then slit his mothers throat and called it a day. They got off ALOT easier because they pleaded insanity. It makes me sick to see the news everyday and hear of that SAME thing happening. If you have a problem...go get help...please! If you dont...then there is nothing to worrie about...spread the news to others that DO have a problem that they need help and then call THAT a day. Help other people...yes...but dont...DONT just sit and complain about your issues. |
As for something like anxiety, its hard to prevent or stop while its happening. Yes you can take meds, but that leads to a state of apathy and stoicism. I damn near had a heart attack once for no reason at while having an anxiety attack. Out of character i called my best friend's mom at 12am (who is a nurse) about my chest problems. She thought i was dying, but then put 2 and 2 together and figured it was just an anxiety problem. The next morning i woke up to go to the nurses office on campus and she told me not 1 thing was wrong with me.
I'm sure people with problems such as insanity don't have the reasoning to go to the hospital because they believe its normal. Or they are just so good at being insane they can hide it when they are alone. |
Quote:
Well I am sorry to hear about your past, and I hope only the better for you in the future,. As far as someone who is insane hiding it from themselves...thats fine...I can understand that, so thats when its OUR place to tell them they need help/ actually GET them help before they do something as sick as they do without knowing. But thats what is needed, is to HELP people and not sit around and bitch about issues. Sorry I just feel like what you guys are doing is like pissing your pants and bitching to me about it when you could simply get up, go shower, and put on new clothes. Just do SOMETHING rather then complain. Do research online with http://www.google.com and learn MORE about your issue and ways of dealing with it rather then sit here in the GF1.com Offtopic forum talking about how much you sweat. |
bitching is a form of healing (unless its excessive bitching and whining which i havent seen any of in this thread). talking about your emotions/problems and getting them out releases a huge weight off your chest. youre really too young to understand alot of this.
|
Quote:
On another note, you got no idea what I have been through in my life, and you truly do not have any grounds on judging me to state the aforementioned "...youre really too young to understand alot of this." you dont know me man...dont know one single thing. |
Bs removed, continue preaching. stupid:
