You're 733t Rig
So lately I've kinda been in a techie mood, kinda obsessing myself over graphics cards and processors and all that stuff that I really didnt care about before, as I now know that I can actually own some of this stuff if I work during the summer.
But anyways, Im curious to see what you guy's use - I need ideas on what to buy, and whether I should build one myself or buy a prebuilt one. Just post pics, along with the price and specs: Here's my bad-boy: Compaq Presario 1010NX Celeron 2.70Ghz 512 Ram (upgraded from 256) 40GB HD GeForce FX 5200 (Put in myself) rock: Im looking to buy a new one pretty soon, under $1,500, if I can make enough money during the summer. Jeeze...those are incredible.
So is building your own PC generally cheaper than buying a premade one? Think any of you guys could "build me" a PC, under $1,500, and preferably in the 1,200 range? |

1. 733t Slang for "leet", which is a shortened version of elite. Using the 7 as an l, the 3's as e's and the t is used normally. Commonly used in online gaming. Usage may apply broadly, as both a noun and as an adjective. That guy made an 733t shot. (adj) His gameplay has reached 733t status. (n) |

Tiny Tim (the hamster) powers my awesome system. He decides how fast my computer runs. I think I feed him a little too much because my PC likes to go so slow that if it goes any slower, it'd stop. |

Nice rigs, though, if I can make enough money over the summer I intend to buy one (as everyones dreams - I'll probably end up getting their little small box one, though) |
Nope, get paid tomorrow. Plan to buy a new alpine deck for my car...short hand was helping me with that a lil bit ago.
