Nope, standalone game, only reason ET was free was because the sp never worked out properly, if it had it woulda been a game you bought in store.

I really think quakewars is gonna require dual video cards, for max detail at least. Doom 3 was hard enough on systems with fsaa in 8 player servers, quakewars has 16 or so players per team, dunno what kinda spec were talking for this game.

you have to go to NASA's computer labs to play it. They'll sell tickets online to rent out a seat in the computer labs.

Dunno, the newer boards for sli only support socket 939 (i think) and lga775. Think 478 is being phased out.

Fuck the PCI-Express port, and fuck all these new upgrades. ATi better have a CrossFire mobo for Socket 478/AGP 8x.

Can't run crossfire on agp, pci express is the only thing that makes it possible.

Well its still months off, game has yet to be optomized etc. It'll look and run alot better nearer release.

Id say even mohaa has more players than tribes despite the fact there was a new tribes game released recently which sucked balls.
