Well i got my car back finally after getting the body kit put on....yes i know its rice i dont need to hear 100 of you fuckers say it.

how much did that car set your parents back?

Well nukka, it set me back about 10 thousand, im still paying it off for the next 2 years. Body kit was done by favor, so i didnt have to pay for that to get put on. calmdown:

I don't find it looks ricey at all. I was two main thoughts when I look at it: I think the original looks pretty decent as is. Second is the body kit does look very good as it dosent just stick out saying "HEY LOOK AT ME IM UNIQUE!!!" I gives the car a lower profile look. The only thing I do like is where it goes inwards towards the car and then sticks out right at the bottom, but thats just a minor thing. Over all id say it looks good! But it dosent matter what I or anyone else thinks because its your car and if you like it, thats all that matters....oh and my car would still beat it biggrin:

I got an Intake and exhaust, doesnt sound like rice either.

Also i took the licsence number out of the first pic like a year ago, i just didnt care to take the numbers out of the ones i just took. I mean i honestly dont care lol.

And i would rather not spend hundreds/ thousands of dollars on audio because A i dont wanna go deaf and B. its pretty obnoxious, i rarely drive by myself, usually my GF is with me, and she hates loud music.

i see... yeah, i would probably prefer it to be quiet while i drive, since i am extremely cautious. eek:

Spending thousands on car audio is not always about being loud. I have around $1000 worth of audio stuff in my car right now and less than $100 is invested in just bass, the rest of it is put towards 80hz-20,000hz playing completely flat and sounding excellent cool:

Id spend thousands on motor work over audio or looks anyday: forged pistons, crank, rebuilt head, tranny buster turbo w/ Duramax intercooler ed:

it looks sophisticated and clean as well as sporty. I'm still not sure about what I think of the new eclipses though...

Same. Sound quality is just fine out of the factory with upgraded speakers and a headunit. Thats good enough for me.

I bet you'd be suprised how good a car can really sound.
For me, engine work would be pointless, that would never benefit me in any way, I dont get joy out of racing 16 year old pimple faced kids off stoplights, nor do I need to lower the life of my car by pushing it like that, I do, however, love music and since I spend alot of time in my car (or atleast I did when I bought all the stuff), I like it to have a great listening experience to complement my drive.

Like it man looks very clean cut and defined. Sorry it set you back so much...but its ok lol, you'll recover.

My brother bought a new car and upgraded the head unit and it sounded 100 times better. He was going to put in new speakers, but he isn't sure what he wants to do now since he's pretty content with the sound quality.
