Some of thoose are just fucking insane to get...4000 hours total to get some medals.

i have like 6 badges in 13 hours playing time. good to know how to get them now, even though i don't really care that much.

I avoid ranked servers like the plague, ive like 237 or so points somehow though. eek:

ranked servers kind of become addicting. really, theres no advantage to them...but for some reason i want to play them.

I just prefer the pubs, for some reason it seems more like people are playing for fun rather than trying to become little hitlers leading squads and freaking out if they get owned.

ive yet to see this type of behavior in ranked servers. Its all i play on. people seem more focused on working in squads, accomplishing objectives, and gaining xp. what i do see is asshole shithead fighters tking and camping planes etc...n00bs that cant fly...but it seems to be more infrequent. the hardest thing i can come by is a "righteous" gunner for the super cobra/mec/chink version...

Not matter if its a ranken server or not I always get stuck gunning for the idiot helo pilots who refuse to hover for a minute and let me gun down a bunch of enemey soldiers.

Anyway like ninty said ranked servers are kind of addicting.

I've run into alot of stat whoring. Hover capping blackhawks are simply stat whores, they have no intention of holding the falg, just going in getting the cap points, maybe a few kills. Toss in a medic point, and engy point for a few passengers and those things rack up points really fast. It however totally fucks gameplay and is not that fun to play against.

This game is utter bullshit. I earned the Panserbadge a week ago, hasnt showed up yet. Earned the SpecOpsbadge today, hasnt showed up yet. Meh.

Yeah, same thing has hapened to me.

After the round finishes where you get the badge, check in the bfhq and see if it recorded. If it didn't, it means it won't ever be there. May as well quit are restart becasue its not recording. I check after a few rounds to see if its recording my global score.

same thing happened for me and then it gave me the promotion the next day, but then I joined like 3 servers that day and each time I was in a different server, it gave me the promotion again

I have all the basics except for command and explosives.

Missing pistol, knife, explosive, and command.

Im fucking pissed....i was on a ranked server, and there were 6 points left for the othe team and we controled all the points, so they were diminishing fast. Well i had 8 kills with the sniper rifle, i needed 2 more to get the badge. So i see an enemy chopper, i pull the trigger hit the motor (with the 50 cal sniper rifle) and blew the plane up, i got 2 kills. It said i got the sniper badge, well apparently it didnt rank it so i dont have it...wtf. That ever happen to anyone else?

I've got the airborne badge, commander badge, resupply badge or whatever it is and they all didn't record. I think there were a couple others as well I can't remember now.

It also took me about 200 global points for it to record 10 global points so i could get to lance corporal.

It happens all the time man. I usually check after every 2 or 3 rounds to actually see if its recording my scores. If not, i'll try another server or restart, or wait a while.

Yeah, I think the ability to earn things is one of the best parts of the game, it makes it so there is motivation to do well and work as a team in onrder to gain the medals/ribbons/awards. I have all the Basic Combat badges and one ribbon and that's pretty much it but I like that there is a goal to playing besides just killing everything you see.

I cant figure out the ranks, I play on both ranked and unranked servers but it seems like Ill be a privite for ever???????????????? I am near the top of the player list after each match and on top many times but go figure??????? I dont really care if my badge is bigger than yours (I dont suffer from badge envy, or any other envy for that fact) Just want to know why Im not being promoted

Today, i went into a server half done a game and lit it up. got 10 kills with support cause i needed that badge, then switched to spec ops because i needed that badge too and got 10 kills there. I also got the combat action ribbon which is 10 kill streak, and 18 kills in one round and after all that i got the gold star. 4 awards in half a round.

If anyone is having trouble getting like a sniper badge or something, be commander and choose that kit that your having trouble and use the arty to get kills. you can get the badge that way. or i guess you could find a tank or airplane and get 10 kills.

Only badges i ahve left to do are:
ordinance, stinger, commander, knife, pistol and transport.

^^^ good luck getting that stinger badge , in BFV it have been easy , i wish they would bring back the AA kit for infantry

Stinger was easy. Just use AA specifically on dragon valley, of fushe pass. That or any map where hover capping is popular, since 6 kills is always a boost to your score.

You don't need a badge on your arm to have eHonor.

Perhaps not, but they do seem to offer a points boost when you earn them. Thus making promoting (unlocking) easier. I just really want my L85 i'll get with my next promotion. After that im not to concerned.

Ok ive been promoted to PFC for the 2nd time tonight, i had to create a new account for my clan.

I also got the Helicopter Badge, Helicopter Service ribbon, Basic Sniper, Basic support, basic assault, combat action ribbon and a few others, on one round. Me and a clanmate were whoring the Blackhawk, i ended up w/ a score of 97 and none of the stuff i got has registered yet, and ill be pissed if it doesnt.

I clicked, and it gave me this:
