yeah ill probably get a perscription for some kind of painkiller |
i had to pay the same for mine, it was for all 4, I went under when they did it, was fine afterwards, id thought it be alot worse actually. maybe 3 days max you'll fully recover and be able to chew like you did before./
|
I don't have to get my wisdom teeth pulled ever.
My teeth are spaced so oddly apart that my wisdom teeth will push them into correct allignment. |
youre going to die.
|
that sucks, teeth removing is a btich
|
I had braces for like, 2 years ... so when the fuckers wanted to start coming out, they had to remove them. I watched so many good movies that week! Pi, Cube, Searching for Bobby Fischer, etc...
Man, I ate like a ton of pudding and soup. biggrin: Oh yeah, codeine is your friend. |
You don't play any wind instruments so you should be just fine in a few days. I had a few trumpet buds that got them out and couldn't play for a week, which sucks (Lip muscles go into recession).
Oatmeal is pretty good. Go stock up on that. |
No personal attacks please Coleman! calmdown:
|
I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted a couple of years ago. It really wasn't too long a recovery time. Maybe a week before the small amount of swelling I had went down.
I was under general anaesthetic for the procedure. Wheeee! |

I know. That, and I will be having one wisdom tooth removed ... I don't know when. Either before or after I have a retainer. Bring on the pain. |

well i had it done today, it was painless during the operation because i was knocked out with an anethesia and dont remember a thing 10 seconds after he put it in me, then i felt hella good till i fell assleep at home. its hard to eat with them done for now. i had the left ones taken out and the right ones are still in. have to do them when they start to hurt .
it was $345 for one tooth, $100 for x-rays, and $310 for the anestesia. so total came to exactly $1100. fucking bastards stfu its not swollen and it doesnt hurt right now hardly at all |

Never got braces, dont need them - soda is the leading cause of "wiggly" teeth, and the last time I had a soda was back in June, when we were taking a trip down to Mexico. I drink a soda once every couple a months, if at all. And dont enjoy them.
HE WAS A MONGOLOID! |

Got any sources?[/quote:0bb6c] Why would you need a source? Its what my dentist told me the last time I had a cleaning - "Drinking any sodas?" No, hardly ever "Good, try avoiding them. Soda's are usually what a lot of teens like you drink. And you ever wonder why all these teenagers have braces? Well, soda, which they guzzle all day long, day in, day out". Thats not a source, but its what my dentist told me. And isnt it obvious? Go to any high-school and everyones drinking two sodas a day, one for lunch and after school. And everyone has braces. Soda has tons of sugar, and leads to tooth decay, and since they're not drinking milk, they're bones are weakening, causing they're teeth to "wiggle". Its not like a scientifically proven study, its just obvious. |

I know what you mean with kids drinking sodas. They not only drink one during lunch or after school but in the morning, too. I know a kid who will buy a big 1 liter bottle of Pepsi and drinks it by the end of school. |
I actually had my 4 wisdom teeth taken out last year 4 days before christmas. I actually had a good experiance, didnt have any stitchs put in, i was eating normally the next day, and they relaly didnt hurt to bad after it just bleed while I sleept.
