im sure the port im connected to is usb 2.0. how does that effect the thing and holding a charge... i charged the fuker last night until this morning. unplug and its full charged ... a couple of minutes later the fuking battery bar is completely empty again.

Are you charging it from the computer, or connecting it to the mains socket? If it's from the computer make sure you eject it if it's in disk mode, because the disk will keep spinning if you leave the nigga hooked up. (if i remember correctly.) eek:

Get a wall charger and charge from there. What ipod do you have?

All I know is that every thread I see about an IPod is that something went wrong with it or something is fucked up about it.

I think a video ipod is pretty dumb, its like mobile phones or "cell" phones, they start off as a phone, then a phone with an mp3 player, then a phone with a camera (which pedos the world over rejoiced in). Im waiting on the anal intruder dildo addon so you can get fucked on the move.

Judas, I had to call HP tech support today about my daughter's iPod. They said that it is designed to charge for four hours. If you leave it plugged in longer than that then it starts discharging. This seems like the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I assume most folks plug their iPod, cell phone, etc. in and let them charge overnight. I seriously doubt anybody sets their alarm to get up in four hours and unplug their stupid iPod. Anyway, I'm assuming that plugging it into a PC is worse than plugging it into a wall outlet due to the PC probably keeps turning the iPod on, which means it charges and discharges all night thus screwing up the battery.

I had a year warranty on her's from Radio Shack. We have already returned the original one. I am about to return the replacement that they sent us for the same reason that we returned the first one. The hard drive is going bad and so is the battery.

It's a pretty nice music player when it works, but I won't be buying another one.
