new msn messenger resource hog
 

ok i've been noticing a lot that the new msn live messenger beta jumps from using up only 13k of memory to over 200k!

my msn is about 9.7k though i have 7.0, is there an updated one im not aware of?

Theres 2 updated ones eek:

7.5 which has been out for ages
8.0 which is in beta stage.

ive seen 7.5 on my g/f machine, but cant find the upgrade,a dn have heard rumors of but again have yet to see it

EDIT: Figured it out, 7.5 and above is only for XP
