ITT: we post our hairy backs

no but really. Today I was working at my department store job, putting bikes on the rack and shit, it was a warm day. so after running back and forth to the warehouse getting bikes and putting them up, I started to sweat.

after a while, I started to feel a slight stinging sensation on the lower part of my back. I went to the washroom to check it out and noticed this.

I woke up with this on my back this morning. and I have no idea how I did it., I also wake up the odd time with cuts around my eye

is this some weird sleep condition I have. because I know for a fact I did this in my sleep.

Doubt its cats, i think you'd know if a cat was digging its claws into your back even if you were sleeping. I get it every so often, just wake up and looks like some cunts run a rake down my chest. cry:

strvs 05-01-2006 04:05 PM

violent sex dreams...?

c312 05-01-2006 04:05 PM

hmm, weird. Sometimes I wake up with imprints from the sheets, but never actually scratches. You should set up a camcorder to record you sleeping to see what causes it.

I can see how it may get on your chest, maybe just scratching really hard on your chest during your sleep, but how does it explain happening to my back

Dunno, i probably get it on my back as well ive never really checked. If you look though the majority of them are at the lower middle part of your back where your hand can reach easily, higher up it goes the more to one side it is when your hand can't easily reach the middle of your back, from a lieing position anyway.

c312 05-01-2006 04:12 PM

^lol, you should be on CSI gerv...

that makes sense though, do you have long fingernails? it seems unlikely that you could do that to yourself without waking up, but it's possible.

jujumantb 05-01-2006 04:26 PM

Reminds me of a documentary I saw of a girl who would get scratches in her sleep, they thought it was the devil hellfire:

Pyro 05-01-2006 04:28 PM

that sucks that you have back hair.

Unknown_Sniper 05-01-2006 04:29 PM

I have scars on my mid back. I have no idea how they got there. All I know is that one day they just appeared.

Eight Ace 05-01-2006 04:36 PM

hmm...has sir been eating crusty toast in bed, perchance?

Judas 05-01-2006 04:45 PM

ive had this happen sometimes too ... i think its either teh zippers on pillows or the sharp ends of some of the feathers in the pillows.

Jin-Roh 05-01-2006 04:54 PM

probably from just scratching yourself while you're sleeping. in your sleep you probably think you have an itch and try hard to get it. uh.. kinda similar to people who bite their nails in the sleep. yeah, wtf. see a fucking doctor, you psychotic fuck.

Sgt>Stackem 05-01-2006 05:01 PM

maybe this?

POST YOUR BACK, YES WHAT A GREAT IDEA.

WidowMaker555 05-01-2006 06:33 PM

i had the same thing, i think its just i scratch myself when im sleeping.

gtboys34 05-01-2006 06:55 PM

I've had the same thing happen to me but it usually shows up on my arms and chest. It could be due to the fact that your a little "thick" around the midsection and need to cut a few lbs(no puddin.. i mean pun intended)

c312 05-01-2006 07:26 PM

gettin scratches on your back has nothing to do with your weight...

Arkan 05-01-2006 07:33 PM

Just cut your fingernails. Problem solved.

bs. When i was a porker, i got them way more often than i do now. It often occurs in conjunction with stretch marks being formed.

correlation is not the same thing as causation.

are you serious? you actually think that being a little chubby makes you have scratches on your skin? stretch marks, sure, but straight up scratches? No.

Tripper 05-01-2006 08:12 PM

It's obvious what is happening - People do alot weirder shit in their sleep, so I don't see what's so hard to believe about scratching your back in your sleep...Seems pretty normal to me. oOo:

Definitely didn't warrant a thread....

Maybe you should check the inner lips of your vagina to see if you scratched the shit out of those too.

one of three things caused those stratches c: A)stretch marks being formed B) the design of the matress on his bed or C) buck seriously(no joke) got ass raped by the cat. Which is closer to the truth?

c312 05-01-2006 08:23 PM

i give up.

you're an absolute idiot

gtboys34 05-01-2006 08:31 PM

I think it's actually an interesting topic, the majority of people in this thread have had the same shit happen to them.

I think someone is just jealous they didnt end up with scratch marks on there body when they woke up!
