if you plan on playing bf2 a bit then i might would say sf since you can use the weapons ( only ) in bf2. armored fury, youre just paying for a few maps and some trucks.

it seems that you can gain a lot more XP in SF in a shorter amount of time. I'm not sure if that's just the crappy servers I've played in or what, but I find my SF scores are usually higher than regular BF. So if you are a bit of a XP hound like I am, I would recommend it.

i like sf quite a bit and still play it ... i dunno why people didnt take to it. it much more fun that reg bf if you ask me. zip lines, flash bands, gas, 3 wheelers and jets skis ... fun stuff.

I find SF alot harder to play than vanilla, the big bonus is the unlocks you get with SF. I want to check out AF too. I dont like the idea of a different "add on" every few months though, just a way to suck more cash out of the players

so specail forces have alot more to offer than amoured fury

well, the stores best buy and EB games dont even have AF in for some reason.

and SF is only $19.99

whats the fastest way to go up in rank?

kill people in ranked servers, or mainly just do flag caps.

if you are a good medic you can get shit loads of pnts ... when i medic and play ground ( on a good night ) i can get at least 80-90 points a round on city maps.

question about these unlocks

how do I obtain them. and can they only be used in the regular BF2, because the switch tab Icon just shows the regular upgraded weapns I have from regular BF2 in SFand in regular BF, i can see the NEW weapons Icons in the tab, but I cant use them. which I click the switch arrow, it just gives me the regular unlocks I already have.


EDIT: nvm, I just reloaded SF and it gave me an option to unlock like 7 new weapons LOL sweet
