Just got my 360 friday.

I bought a Core system on ebay, but it came with a wireless controller and HDD, and to my surprise 1 month of Xbox Live Gold.

So now i need people to play with. The only games i have so far are PGR3, Perfect Dark, and Table tennis. My live name is m00nraker45

Anyone else have it? Whats your live name. i need people to play with.

Im getting one for my Birthday, and im pre ordering Splinter Cell Double Agent, which looks fucking amazing (I kid you not). Also getting NCAA 07 football, and Madden 07.

I think im gonna buy a ds lite tommorrow

I wanted a PS3....not for 600 dollars i dont though. Which is why i went with Xbox this time around.

360 is decent if you havent got a pc or decent enough pc to play oblivion or call of duty 2, but other games wise they all blow at the moment but aload of good games are coming. Cannot wait to get hold of Dead Rising

Im preordering my copy of Madden 07 next weekend. And I hope to get my hands on a copy of Fight Night round 3

You think Double Agent looks good Static? I think it looks awesome, sounds liek a lot of creative stuff you can do. (Also do you have a 360?)

Im not going to pre order madden, just because im getting my job back at Best Buy, and i can get my hands on it before it hits the floor.

I'll likly get a 360 when halo 3 comes out. Then get all the backlogged awesome games that will have been out for ages. Games like GRAW, Gears of War, Mass Effect, and so forth.

I like th concept of the revolution, but havnt seen any games that make it a "must have" system for me. Its almost like its just a game cube with a new fancy controller to me.

It might as well be called a Gamecube 2. It's slightly more powerful than the GC, has online play, new control...thing, and you can play old roms on it. Not exactly next generation. More like modified current generation. eek:

Yeah, the people at Nintendo said it's not even supposed to be a next-gen console.

Actually the specs for Wii are a bit more powerful than the first xbox. Nintendo's always had the attitude "its not about how many polygons you push but what you can do with them" so theyre not overly concerned with just upping graphics quality, they want new ways for people to play games.

System should sell by the bucket load seeing as its gonna be pretty cheap, can't see as many people forking out $600 or so for a ps3.

While i may not agree with them flying off the shelf. I think Microsoft got it right with the price, 400. 600 is absolutley fucking absurd for a gaming system. I can get a pretty decent fucking computer tower for 600 dollars at best buy. Sony needs to rethink the price. Thats why im not getting one. Id rather take the 600 and buy a handgun. gg Sony.

The 60$ games kept me away from the 360...

i got a ps3 on release ready for me with where i work and its going straight on ebay to pick up the £$£$£ to pay my rent and afford a Wii.

btw GRAW is 1000 times better on the 360 than the PC, i like the 3rd person style better. And the graphics are better
