those aren't cigars.

those are the sweepings from the floor of a tobacco plant that they spray with flavoring

TGB! 04-02-2007 12:39 AM

Im ashamed to live in a world where Swisher Sweets and Black And Milds are considered cigars. . .

CoMaToSe 04-02-2007 12:54 AM

Remember, I fairly limited by the UDF selection. Anybody got a good, relatively cheap brand to recommend?

TGB! 04-02-2007 01:02 AM

color=Violet]I dont believe that you live in such a small town that there arent any dedicated cigar shops. Not liquor stores that have a walk in humidor behind the chips and dips - but a cigar shop where you can smell the tobacco, and possibly will even see the guys rolling cigars at a table while smoking on a fatty.[/color]

CoMaToSe 04-02-2007 01:16 AM

Oxford, Ohio. nothing good

Simo Häyhä 04-02-2007 02:29 AM

I just bought a 60 cigar humidor. I prefer the flavors of a dark Conneticuit Broadleaf wrapper. Such cigars I would recommend to the novice smoker would be the Macanudo Maduro and the Acid Atom Maduro Cigars in sizes no larger than a corona.

any Acids are good for beginners. They are spiced with some weird stuff that makes them taste very sweet and smell really good. Personally, I like the Kuba Kuba's.

Arkan is going to shit on your chest

Indeed. When I bring my acids or any other cigars by Drew Estate to my friends house they tend to scoff at them because they believe in smoking only natural cigars. However, i've converted them all into acid lovers. Drew Estate followed by Macanudos would have to be my favorite brands.

Yeah, at first I feel girly when I smoke them because they are kind of flavored, but hell, they taste great. The wrappers are so awesome, lick your lips after you smoke them, the wrapper makes it taste great.

What Acids have you tried? I've had Kuba Kubas, Extraordinary Larry, Atom, a Liquid, and then the "Acid One." I heavily prefer anything in the blue line, but the Extraordinary Larry was pretty good too.

I'm not much of a Macanudo fan.

I tried just about all of them. I have an acid cigar sampler tin (around 60 dollars)
Try the acid c-notes, really small cigar for a quick tasty smoke

Even if there arent any shops around you, you can EASILY buy shit online.

This is the place in my hood that I go to:

http://cardenascigars.com/english/index ... ng=English

Real Cubans. And the cigars are good too - badum bum. From what I've seen the shipping isnt bad, and theyll often throw in 5 or so free sticks. This is one of a GAJILLION places you could get shit from.

If you have a CC or Visa Debit Card - theres nothing in the world you cant get.

Real Cubans.

nope. probably about as close as you'll get, but its the cuban soil that makes their cigars great.

c312 04-03-2007 03:48 PM

^read the next sentence of his post...you'll get it then.

Besides, if any store sold real cubans, they'd be closed down and that's no good for business.
