Jack pulls into school parking lot with rifle in gun rack.

1964 - Vice Principal comes over, takes a look at Jack's rifle, goes to his car and gets his to show Jack.
2007 - School goes into lockdown, FBI called, Jack hauled off to jail and never sees his truck or gun again. Counselors called in for traumatized students and teachers.

2007 - Police called, SWAT team arrives, arrests Johnny and Ma rk. Charge them with assault, both expelled even though Johnny started it.

ACLU files class action lawsuit against state school system and Pedro's English teacher. English banned from core curriculum. Pedro given diploma anyway but ends up mowing lawns for a living because he can't speak English.

In that case, people don't get arrested for it, but you CAN get in trouble at lots of public schools for having it. I know at my high school you could be suspended if you had it and were giving it to other kids. It's stupid, I guess they think it makes it easier to determine what are illegal and ok drugs by just not allowing any at all but it really is a hassle for students, especially athletes who need ibuprofen for muscle aches or cramps.

I live in one of the most liberal nations in the world, and Ive never ever heard of anyone banning paracetamol at any school institution...Why would they do that? It doesnt serve any purpose aside from pain relief - MAYBE I'd understand products containing psuedoephidryne (used to make meth), and I'd understand cough syrup, but paracetamol? Weird.

There isn't any verification to do by the teachers to make sure it's an allowed substance. I guess that part makes sense, but it's not worth the negative effects the rule creates.
