to having him banned again, it's just not worth the risk allowing him back imho.

thing is... rudedog is the one who retrieved my account for me and as far as i can see i have done nothing wrong. anything that was immature and childish came out about, what 2 or 3 years ago? yes i was banned and did "my time" so give me a break will ya?
