The invisble man?
 

Ok ok.... i've read a million posts from people who disbunk aim-bots and every kind of cheating except the ackowledged glitches.

What I saw (or didn't see) truely was shocking.....I was running and getting fired on from behind.... I turned the corner and saw nothing....but heard a reload.... i moved my crosshair a hair to the side and suddenly the invisble guys name (on my team no less) appeared although he wasn't to be seen. Neither was his weapon for than matter.

Frankly YES... there is some kind of INVIS cheat. My bloodmod while killing this cheater exposed it.

I force models (army/weremacht) and have no player skins whatsoever.

The guys name was abba or abqa i forget..... screenshotting what you can't see is pointless so I offer no evidence other than sworn testimony.

If you see (don't see...lol) this Class 1 A-hole.... please avenge all the honest players deaths by killing him with extreem prejudice.

sometimes your comp will glitch, making some or all of the players on the server invisible for a round. go into console, type reconnect or vid_restart and that should fix the problem.

if you do that and he's still invisible, then something is going on. But it has happened to me before, having invisible guys. I go into spectate and one or maybe some or maybe ALL of the guys would be invisible. I just reconnected and all was fine after that.

Its a simple moh glitch, I get it when ever the server changes the maps .

Same thing like when you spawn with no weapon visable, but its really there, you see the ammo etc. Its just a simple error. It happend to me countless # of times, and same it did with my fellow combatnets

Ya.. I'll accept that explanation. I just got a little panicky bcuz i thought my favorite game was ruined forever...lol

yes, I get this as well. I do the vid_restart and things go back to normal.

Still I commend your willingness to at least try something. Where other players would find it easier to just cry cheat

I do hope EA fixes this in the next patch

They know MOH:AA is a money maker. look at the charts still up there selling.

A giveaway is if you notice a player completely frozen, you cant kill him/her or walk through them. This will usually mean that player is running around the map invisible to you. Just do what everyone else said. I also believe you can go to spectator and see who you cant see. Youll come to their spectator screen but will see no player. Anyhow, take care.

not the same thing but i saw a grenade go off next to someone then he ran off. don't know the server name bit its got the plane to keep ppl off a roof and going underground.

As I made some nearly invisible skins ('predator'-like ones, available [url=http://www.alliedassault.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=515:7a103]here[/url:7a103]), it is possible to make totally invisible ones. But you can not 'see' it (well, hope you understand what I'm trying to say) unless you AND the server have downloaded them. Maybe some funny guys have made a cool mod/map/skin you dowloaded, but they included the invisible skins in the pack... Just explore your uniform skins in the multiplayer options to see if there is an hiding one.

Its a video glitch. Do what the others said and it'll fix it.

Problem is, how do you KNOW if someone is invisible if you can't see them? :)

Well, I've seen that when the glitch happens, you'll find a model frozen on a spawn point somewhere. So if you see a frozen model in a map, you have someone wandering around invisible. They won't know though.
