O yea, went to the local Electronic Boutique and was like "When will you guys have spearhead in?" The polite clerk replied "November 18th, would you like ro reserve a copy?" Well shit YEA!! Got 30 down on that beast...only one month and some-odd days!! Also I bought good ole classic Half Life...damn, where the hell can I get the frickin working patch? Whatever peeps, just shouting out my love for da MOHAA!

I will buy it since this is my first FPS game online. There aren't any games I like better, plus the community is great.

I agree with you R3mix, why should we pay good money for something with no checks and was released unfinished. Most of the stuff you need to stop cheats and make the game playable has been written by members of the community.

EA ripped us off with MOHAA, I am seriously considering returning the favour with the release of the spearhead expansion pack!!!

Dude it's MOHAA! How did they rip you off with the first one? The only thing bothering me with the EA is the SDK! But the new MOHAA seems like it'll have alot of new features like Portable MG's, tanks, new maps, and 15 new weapons! M16: But hey man, it's still MOHAA

which will all probably be half-assed jobs rushed through to meet a deadline. all they care about is making money off the moh market, if there is ever any more maybe i'll consider purchasing the next expansion, i doubt EA will wait long.

he does have a point though, im going tommorrow to reserver my copy :) i have many warez games like gta3 ripped by myth...and they all suck! all of these warez ripped games never have the complete game experience...my gta3 is missing the music from the radiostations, and you cant save at all, i got warez madden 2003 and all the commentating is missing along with the music and players names.. :( And like someone said previously this is my first online fps so im going to buy the exp pack

I don't find reserving video games is nesscessary anymore. The only game I would reserve (That is, if I even buy the fauker) would be Doom 3. But look how bad RTCW turned out, I played the game maybe two or three times.

Anyways, my point is I walked into EB the other day, and picked my copy of UT2003 off the shelf, sitting next to about 10 other copies. It's not like japan, where people sleep around the store waiting for it to open! heh

The gaming industry isn't going to put more money into the content of their games, when they know that 1/4 or gamers are simply going to go to some warez site, and download the product that they work so hard to produce. And when all those sales are being lost, there is only one way to retain the profit, and that's jacking up the prices. I agree EA's PR is down right upsetting, but don't bitch at price tags when your downloading warez.

The people who make the game have nothing to do with how Joe Smoe in PR handles it! Yea BTW I hated UT3000, I also reserved it cause I'm a very spontanios buyer and just piss away like 100 dollars in 5 mins, so I though "Hey, why not try and save for it this way it'll only cost me 10 bucks when I go and pick it up" RTCW MP sucked the big one, but the SP is kewl. I dunno, I bought BF1942 only cause I had a bunch of trade in credit so I though hey why not. Other than that Spearhead will be kewl, I buying that shit. I do sorta Warez alot of games, like I'd buy em then get CD hacks and return them etc... yea I'm stickin it to da man!! whatever peeps rant on
