What happened to =[DOA]= server ???
 

I'm using ASE and the pings are always at 9999,I went to you guys board,that too isn't taking my password and user name.I'm using the same password & name here too,so I couldn't be wrong.

BB closed it down or something ?

Ball closed it down. We are trying to get it back up, but it seems like no one wants to pay money to keep a great server like that up and running. I don't fault ball at all, but I'm a little ticked that everyone just all of a sudden moved to BF1942 like it's such a great game. My opinion is that the game sucks ass, and it's not the gameplay as much as it is all the bugs. I'm so sick of it already. Everyone talks about all these patches coming out, well we'll see what these patches accomplish.

I wouldnt pay a penny for any server. And hollywood i dont have any bugs. Why? I fixed them.The game runs like i have a GF4. The 1.2 patch will fix the sound problem as well.

im not sure what sound prob your having holly but i heard you saying something about hardware acceleration ??? I have sb live card and every time i ran the game i had to turn it off ... you can fix this by turning on acceleration in the sound options for 1942 ... Just figured that out ...

I somewhat agree with holly. While the game is a fun distraction i cant see why doa, or anyone for that matter, could take it seriously. I had a lot of fun with it for about a month, and i still like to play but i keep coming back to mohaa. Same thing happened with dod. I played it non stop for about a week, now im bored with the maps .... ? You guys will be back in no time !!!!

Why the hell dont you guys just come back to the aa server. Why pay for another server when you got a great one just around the corner !!! Send your donations to rudedog and keep aa going !!!

Hell, we can go with wintersforges idea and start an aa.com clan.

just checking it out. BF1942 would be an awesome game once
they get rid of the bugs and do some serious weapons mods

We will be playing Medal Of Honor again and I am looking
foreward to "spearhead" coming out

You are the admin - they take care of the server

You can run whatever mods / maps you want
They supply the server and bandwidth for that price

I usually make it a habit not to attack ppl in forums but I should get a list together of some of the fucking dumbass statements this guy has made...

Ball took it down after i told him i wouldnt pay a penny for it. And jasper i could care less what you or anyone here thinks of me. AS for me being in DOA well only the future can tell
