Someone tell me why I cant upload an Avatar plz...
 

This is the one from the TeamSpeak help forum and its under the size/pixel limit but it wont show.

rudedog? i was just wandering can you please make the avatars 10 pixels bigger length x widht please? i can use mine at the moment its too big by just a little, and if i shrink it, it loses the quality and turns out to be rubbish. cry:
