What do you think of Combat Flight Sim 3?
 

Can anyone here review the game for me? So far, all I've seen was that it's crap. I've read reviews from SimHQ and Netwings. Anyone want to rate it from one to ten for me. Pfc Green, I heard you were getting it, did you get it?

Yeah I got it yesterday. Overall it is a very good flightsim, it does as any other game have areas its lacks in such as ground detail this is one place where IL-2 rules over the CFS series but MS is starting to improve, the previous games did not even include trees, they now have these. The planes are well modeled, and the detail on the skins is great as are the pilots inside. The planes seem to fly well, stalling when they should etc... effects are good, tracers even has the little sqiggly tails that you always see in gun camera film, clouds are beutiful as in the previous game, flak is done really well. The sound is also quite good, guns, bombs, rockets all sound pretty well done. An added bonus is the fact that you can choose the colors for your plane, you know nose cone color, wing tips, and you can pic out of preset nose art, They even include what if missions with the first jets for each of the countrys. But overall spooge its a pretty good game.

CFS2 had tress but not like CFS3. i ahte CFS2 i rarely play it, but i got it for like 15 bucks(20 bucks off plus some other deal i got) so i cant complain. as for MS games, I havent seen any other flightsim come close to Flight Simulator 2002...
