WW2 British MkII Helmet

Is it possible to make a skin of a British soldier with this distinctive helmet?

If it cannot be skinned can it be coded? If so how?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Have you seen the "Spearhead" screenies? I don't recall seeing the Brits in helmets. They were wearing berets. eek:

I could'nt see anything other than berets either! mwah:

Maybe the developers have forgotten that the Brits played any other role than paratrooping in behind enemy lines biggrin:

If there is'nt a 'proper' British 'Tommy' helmet in Spearhead has anyone got any suggestions on how to do this - PLEASE.

Not that I've got anything against the Americans but I want to fight as a Brit!

At least Spearhead will give us the Enfield rifle - its a start! evil:

Well...

I asked this question a long time ago. (Wonder if that thread is still here. oOo: )

Spearhead did not show the authentic WW2 British MkII helmet in the demo and I doubt it will be in the game. I read somewhere EA was more focused on multiplayer than building accurate uniforms. So if they are going to do it, It is because of a HUGE demand. (I could be wrong though, has not been the first time biggrin: )

I have made a 3D object of the helmet you are talking about and I have it ready to go. I am waiting on Scorpio to update Milkshape to export animated SKD files. In the meantime, I am playing around with it.

I will post images when I get a chance.
