Today, I neared the brink of pulling out my radeon8500, snapping it in half, and I was going to mount it on my wall. If only my mom hadnt stopped me.

ATI ARE A BUNCH OF FAGS. I've had sooo much fking trouble with them its unbelievable. For starts,

my radeon is modded for coolness.
-I have a CORB (Crystal Orb) on the GPU, and ramsinks on both sides of the card.

My case runs about 84 degrees F.

AND IT STILL FKING OVERHEATS!
I CLOCK THE BASTARD DOWN NOW AND I STILL FREEZE UP....

FUCK.....

Blorbs are shit coolers. They look good yeah but as far as cooling goes theyre not worth a shit.

As for freezing its not always the gfx card, could be a cpu overheating a sound card driver glitch or anything like that. If you're overclocking your gfx or cpu try backing it down to default speeds. If you;re using a via based motherboard you could try updating the 4in1 drivers too.
