Can someone please tell me where I can find a good tutorial on how to make a scope. Thx.

i use this one. but, mine never comes out as good as everyone elses, nor do i know how to put extra effects on them like XaZoom [i think thats the name] but the tutorial is a good start.

Well I need a tutorial on how to make a scope using photoshop 7...I got everything else down.
