try SharpBloodMod...its very bloody. Turn on wall decals and its a mess.

im looking for one that has blood everywhere it sticks everywhere currently im using da grooves and the blood disappears!

They should make one where the blood comes out from the back if you shoot someone in the front. like half life blood effects. You see a small blood dot in the front when you shoot someone but the real stuff is comming out the back.
