Something close to it can be made, but the numbers wont do. One side will come up backwards. Replacing the #'s with some symbols will work better.

It's a bit too crowded to be really useful, but I admit it really does look cool.

Yeah, the numbers you can dispense with, but the basic design is very useful, I think. Hopefully someone will have an interest in making it.
