tell me what you think.

Ive made scopes before, but with this 1 I tried putting see through roman numerals on the outside. I like it but wanted opinions on how I could make it any better (if I can) before I sent it in.

oOo: sorry didn't really catch that "options to make better" part

I dunno, maybe have thin semi tranpartent lines coming different lengths out to the middle of the scope.

sorry, looks great both ways, nice scope

Dr. Deleto 01-03-2003 10:53 PM

yeah, ill release it as soon as i get some feedback on it.

Simo Häyhä 01-03-2003 11:01 PM

do the numbers do anything?

Dr. Deleto 01-03-2003 11:02 PM

yeah, they look pretty.

Brutal CarNage 01-03-2003 11:56 PM

How about

Instead of having the roman numerals white...make them transparent so that the background shows though them from time to time.

MinefielD 01-03-2003 11:59 PM

thats what i was goin to say brutal..ye instead of making the numbers semi transparent try them fully transparent and see what they would looki like i think would look good...anyways good work m8 keep it up...

Fubah 01-04-2003 12:02 AM

very nice!!! i would also try what they all said and make them transparent... but great job and really original!

Dr. Deleto 01-04-2003 01:04 AM

thanks guys, feels good to know that some of the best out there like them. On the note of the numbers, they are actually really lightly colored red, but mostly see thru. the ss is distorted for some reason so ya cant really see that. but I am going to try the fully opaque approach and see how it looks. I'll have another ss by tommorow hopefully.

Dr. Deleto 01-04-2003 02:51 AM

ok, hopefully by blowing the image up of the numbers you can see them better this time. i lessened the colorization A LOT. so they are pretty much opaque as before stated. still a hint of red tint to these though. I thought I'd try this first before I made them completely clear.
