how to make a general clientside script?
 

how do i make a script (not cfg) that always runs
client-side.
F.e. i want a selfmade welcoming message to appear when
the map has been loaded (and a few other things)......(not serverside,
that would be in the scr-files?).

What file do i need to be in? please help....
