Well i tried to write this: /kick_name and kick_name etc... it didnt work though =(

I dont think you can ban yet but to kick, type in console:

kick <playername>

Its case sensitive.

I think the max score thing is a bug. I've seen the freeze happen to other servers. Try instead setting a max time, like 25-30 minute rounds. After the time is up, the scores are reset and a new round start, bug free.

You cant do anything in the quake console. You have to type +set developer "1" +set ui_console 1 in the command line of your icon (go into properties and add that command line in) Then when you are in game, your console works like the Half_life console.

And to kick people with spaces in their names, put " infront and inback of their names. So it should look like

Kick "MEOW"

To kick everyone out type

Kick all

to restart the map and scores type

Restart.

To be a better admin, you need to make sure your server runs good. What I do is kick anyone out with ping over 130. If the server is full of LPB then I limit the highest ping to 100. That why, you keep lag outta your server, and everyone is happy.

console sounds great thats easy with "listeserver" but with dedicated server
and rcon ?? same here dont know anything realy about q3 server.... and for dedicated servers for mohaa... well its hard to find info, i need to make rcon work but i cant.

I've never used the quotes around player names and have kicked successfully Tyler.

Hello fellas.

I am not used to the quake 3 engine, so I dont know anything about kicking people and baning them, if it is possible in the demo. If anyone knows how to do this I would be a better admin.

And another thing is when the game is finished in the Team Match (one team reaches the maximum score), the game refuses to launch again. The only thing that is showing is the stats and a black background. Why will the game not continue another round?
