Those guys are the BBE, commandos from the Dutch Marines, and that vid is made up of training footage, that guy didn't get shot for real, I don't even think that BBE Assaulter's gun was even loaded.

Yeah, but the BBE also deals with stuff like high profile or high risk hostage takings, etc.
