Can't you place the MP menu's in the SP Coop mod to:

1. Join servers.

2. Report to Gamespy.

3. Make it easier to host.

It must be a simple matter of one of the MP paks containing menus.

If it requires files from the MP demo, can't you make an installer that says:

Browse for your MP demo main directory.

Browse for your SP demo main directory.

And does the file copy/rename/adjustments?
