min fps command
is there a command to set a minimum fps i know the max fps command was just wndering if there a minimum command

You can't set minimum fps...........lol how would that work. When you are about to get low fps your game just crashes?

The lowest cap I believe is 100. You can try com_minfps <NUMBER> but I dunno if that would work or not.
