try running it in safe mode

Ok,
Intros and selection screen load up fine, but when the game starts, the graphics are totally garbled. You can make out walls, people, etc, but they are mainly black with strangely colored outlines.... I've got a 733 PIII with a gf2-mx and 128 mB of ram. I installed directx 8.1 and the latest nvidia drivers, but this hasn't worked. I even managed to kill somebody playing MP, but I would really like to see the game in all it's glory. The only thing I can think of is an opengl conflict, but aren't the latest drivers provided with the nvidia download? Any help would be appreciated.
