Im trying to make a thompson skin ive edited the .tga file and put the edited .tga file along with the .dds file it came with in a folder turned that folder into a .pk3 file and named it user-thompson.pk3 put it in my main still dont work got an idea what i did wrong???

your whole .pk3

make sure your files are set up correctly in the pk3. it has to be just like the original pk3's file setup. cant just have any old file in a pk3 and expect it to work.
