Talking as console
 

I saw someone one a server talking as the console. Is it mod or a console command, and how?

That person was an admin of the server. They can talk as Console, because they control everyone and everything on that server. To learn more things like this, read the FAQ at the top of this forum, and try visiting http://www.mohadmin.com

it is a rcon command:
rcon say blahblah
but you must have rcon access

or if you want to fake that you are console, just name yourself console. zooka:
