Id doubt that alot, to release the moh source code it would probably have to get them to release the quake 3 source code as well seeing as medal of honor is more or less a mod built on top of quake 3.

Moh isn't a mod of the Quake 3, it's a game that uses the Quake3 engine to run, there is a large difference. They could release the source code (without releasing anything to do with Quake3 source, which is freely available for modding Q3 anyway) but they won't.

And this is more than likely to be another April Fools, although there's a small part of me that wishes it wasn't.

I don't think theres a way in hell that they would release the code, as Chris Sheldon said they would never release it for any of their products. Besides PMOH just steals their stories from other people anyways.
