Alliedassault - making skins user friendly

Heres the deal... I have a lot of good skins that I like to use, but they only work with texture compression off. When I turn texture compression off, a stupid medic logo appears on most of the skins, like shown in another one of my posts. Well heres my question... is there an easy way that I can make these skins user friendly so they will work with T.C. on? And since I dont know how to do it, could someone possibly just do it for my one favorite skin? If so I'll send it to you via email and you could send it back after you make it "user friendly". Thanks.
