NOTE: I(Megalith) am making a few new novels from now till June. I hope this isn't against the rules, and since the forum is named "Offtopic", it should be a free-for-all discussion, right? Tell me if I'm wrong cause I don't wanna get banned on short notice. Thanks.

Decades later, a test pilot flies an F/A-22 up above 22,000 feet, only to discover strange lights mysteriously appearing above.

In Baghdad, the Iraqi people say they've seen moving objects in the sky. They were not planes or any military aircraft.

After a well educated observation, Lieutenant Ryan W. Clark determines what is out there and if any, what it will do. Will he finally uncover the strange phenomena appearing in the skies for hundreds of years?

Shoot for it, man. I have written a few short stories. They rang e about 30 single spaced typed pages. I couldn't handle writing a novel. A novel is usually at least 60,000 words. Mine are usually 10,000-15,000. It can get boring at times, and you may even quit for a while, but if you ever finish one, the self-reward is great.

Sorry for das double post, but this one sounds pretty funny. PM me if you wanna get some ideas or whatnot.

Megalith 04-15-2003 10:16 PM

lol very funny...Novel #3 is the only one that has not violence at all whatsoever. Novel #4 will not be distributed yet.

Well, let's take a sneak peak anyway for the hell of it:

Novel #4: Stardust

A secret aircraft was developed in 2025 to travel in space and scan the stars. It's name: Stardust.

In 2015, the United States entered a Global War against Russia. Then it was divided. All of Mexico, Texas, and Arizona became independent from the U.S. and formed it's own nation called the "U.N.N.A."(United Nations of North America).

The Stardust was originally meant to take closer snapshots of other planets and other material of the Galaxy, but in 2032, the U.N.N.A. stole one of the prototypes and rigged it to destroy. It could launch Tomahawk II Warheads; powerful enough to wipe out Washington or Oregon. Soon, The U.N.N.A. declares war on the U.S.A. and attempts to take over the whole continent. Then other countries ally with the U.S. and fight back with full power, but with Russia on the other hand...joining the U.N.N.A to get revenge. Then another Global War outbreaks. The Stardust weapon has been taken advantage of and used improperly. What will happen to the entire continent of North America? What kind of destruction will this new craft create?
