motherboard and box

to install a mother board, just screw it onto the case right? and if the mother board's atx 533fsb with hyper threading available and capable of 3.06ghz cpu then can it fit in a super mini tower case like this one?

What mobo did you get? I got the ASUS P4G8X Deluxe.
