video card help

If I were you, I'd look up a Video Card site and read reviews of it, such on any retail electronics website, that helped me a lot when picking out a Video Card that was right for my budget.

Right now, if cash dosen't bother you, get the RADEON 9700 PRO 128MB. It beats all GF cards. Unless you get GF FX. Best advice = wait for 9800 RADEON;s.

For that price range, maybe the RADEON 9200, if that's in the area, or a Gf4 Ti4200. I got my Gf4 Ti4200 128 MB for $130 at http://www.newegg.com maybe you could find a faster Radeon for cheap there.

I heard about a Radeon 9500 Pro, isn't that around there? There's drivers that make it nearly like a 9700 Pro.

i think its worse, probably just like the cheap verison of vid cards

I think sapphire is a manufacturer of ATi cards. Just like MSI, Asus etc. make nVidia cards. ATi just recently started contracting out card making.

i would save for a 9700 pro
