Do they know your internet alias? Meaning, do my parents know I call myself Bazooka Joe? I was just on Teamspeak, saying goodnight to everyone, so I said "It's Bazooka Joe, just calling it a night, cya later" and my mom walked in and heard them all saying "goodnight joe". So she said "who is Joe?"

I dunno, maybe I'm just overdoing it, but I think if my parents found out I use another name costantly on the net, they'd be a little scared. You should of saw the look of concern on their face when they saw my case with the cathode lights in it! lol

yeah, cuz i've been a fan of Pyro ever since a) some guy beat me in jedi knight with that alias

and msot of all...Pyro pwns the Xmen comic books I read.

Yeah I mentioned it to may parents once.

We were talking about "aquiring" games from the internet and said I got it from some guy on IRC and they asked me if I had an alias. I told them. I suppose its a little weird for parents because they didn't grow up with all this stuff. Most of our folks are 40+ years old and find it kind of disturbing that people freely talk to one another. Esecially since all they hear about the internet and chatting and such is people gatting arrested for molesting people they met and such.

Hell, If i were a parent i'd be concerned about my kid being on the net talking to strangers. I don't want a 50 yr old drunk pervert showing up at my house.

Nope. I am known as BadKarma with some of my friends. Then again i have about 30 differant nick names with my friends. Other than those guys no one knows any of my aliases.
