You should try to make a M1 Carbine http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/smile.gif

I really wouldn't bother till the game comes out.

what does a m-14 look like?

Arclight 01-17-2002 12:25 AM

The M-14 looks "somewhat" but not the same as a M-1. However, it did not come into use until after WW2. It held a 20 rnd magazine--was single or auto. Whatever.

Here's 2 M-14 skins that have been done in CS, I have to say I like this rifle but it would not go in MoH, what with it not being used in WWII.

kyee7k 01-17-2002 03:00 AM

now i see them. i had to reload the page a bit.

kyee7k 01-17-2002 03:03 AM

can a mod be made for the m-14 sniper rifle?
that would be great. at least i wouldn't have to reload it every 3 rounds or pull the bolt action back.

DaveTinCT 01-17-2002 04:16 AM

Being a purist, I'd say adding the M14 would be a bad move on the realism front... It wasn't introduced until the early 60's when Viet Nam was on the horizon - some 20 years after WW2 ended.
Stick with the M1 Garand. If you want full auto capabilites at the same .30'06 power, the B.A.R. is there for the shooting. Every combat squad loved the BAR man. :-)

Other weapons that would be a great adition to Mohaa are

Walther G 43 semi auto sniper rifle
MG-17 light machine gun
Luger P08 full moving parts
and a fix for the BIPOD for the BAR to be used as a fixed machine gun.

I´ll try to think to more additions
