According to what I read today in the Daily Mail George Dubya has awarded the MOH to Tony Blair for his support against the war in Iraq.

it's a damn joke, never ever ever ever did we give a politician a medal of honor for sitting on his ass and blabbing about war, they're for exceptional bravery ON THE BATTLEFIELD

It is not required to be a U.S. citizen, but you must be in the U.S. military in order to qualify for the Medal of Honor

I also read that Winston Churchill got the MOH, but that newspaper is usually full of sh&t and you could prolly find all of Winston's medals listed on the net.
